Introduction of automatic control system production line

The company has introduced a production line with advanced domestic technology equipped with a fully automatic control system from Siemens PLC in Germany, mainly producing prestressed concrete steel strands with 1×7 structure and 1×19 structure; prestressed concrete steel wires; various specifications of unbonded steel strands, etc. The supporting WE-100KN, WE-300KN, JEW-600KN tensile testing machines, JEW-1000KN tensile testing machines, CWJ-6 type motorized bending testing machines, SL-300 electro-hydraulic servo relaxation testing machines and other advanced testing equipment and complete and professional testing methods can ensure that the product quality meets GB/T5224-2023, ASTM416, BS5896 and other domestic and international standards. At the same time, "Longheng" brand prestressed steel strands and steel wire series products have passed the quality inspection and approval of national authoritative institutions such as the National Inspection Center, the Ministry of Railways, and the Ministry of Metallurgy.
