How to install mining anchor cables?


  1. Technical preparations for office work

 Mining anchor cable

  1) Before construction, organize relevant technical personnel to study and implement the construction organization design, read and study the construction drawings, clarify relevant technical issues, and be familiar with the cadre standards and normative functionality.

  2) Prepare a technical report, submit the technical report to the construction personnel, conduct pre-work technical training for the construction personnel, and pass the assessment in accordance with the requirements of the technical assessment form.

  3) Formulate measures to ensure construction safety and emergency plans.

  2. Establish a technical website

  1) According to the materials entering the site in the material plan submitted by the project materials department, and pass the test, supervise sampling and inspect the aircraft.

  2) The mud treatment and discharge site has been determined, and the procedure has been completed.

  3) Tightening equipment (jacks and dipsticks) has arrived on site and been calibrated.

  4) On-site construction to 0.5m below the mining anchor cable meets the conditions for anchor cable construction.

  5) Complete the land acquisition work for the construction site and level the site. Complete the construction of living and production houses, with complete living and office facilities to meet the living and office needs of the main management and technical personnel.

  3. Technical requirements

  (1) Develop a practical and feasible construction organization design, including the construction sequence of pile holes, construction process design and main technical measures, safety and quality assurance measures, labor organization and material guarantee, etc.

  (2) Calibrate the jack, high-pressure oil pump, and pressure gauge, draw the pressure gauge reading tension relationship curve, and understand the on-site forced tension operation.

  (3) Prepare sufficient steel strands and anchors according to the number of construction drawings, and prepare samples for mechanical property tests.

  (4) Install air compressors and grouting pumps, and lay air supply pipes and grouting pipes.

  (5) Before the construction of mining anchor cables, anchoring tests should be carried out on site at 3% of the number of working anchor cables, and no less than 3 should be tested.

  4. Construction procedures and process flow

  (1) Drilling

  Use a crane to position the geological drilling rig on a row of anchor cable work platforms, adjust the measurement of the drilling hole position and the drilling rig inclination angle, fix it to the work platform and rock surface with fasteners, construct from bottom to top, and set up a work platform as the drilling progresses. The process is: positioning → drilling → high-pressure air purification.

  The hole diameter of the mining anchor cable is 130mm. Mechanical drilling is used to ensure that the drilling depth meets the design requirements. Drilling holes must not be flushed with water. When the stratum is loose, broken, and prone to collapse, the drilling-and-casing technology is used; if a hole collapse occurs, drilling should be stopped immediately, and a grouting wall with a pressure of 0.1-0.2mpa should be used, and the hole should be cleaned after initial setting. After drilling is completed, the hole should be cleaned with high-pressure air to remove accumulated stone powder and water. Use polyethylene pipes to re-check the hole depth. When the hole depth is not less than the design length, pull out the polyethylene pipe and fill it with woven fabric or cement paper bags.

  (2) Mining anchor cable production

  Mining anchor cables use 1X7 standard steel strands, with a nominal diameter of φ15.2mm as required by the design, and a standard strength of 1860MPa. When making anchor cables, the steel strand cutting length is: anchor cable section + free section + 1.5m pull-out section. The steel strand is cut without serrations, and the anchor cable guide cone, expansion ring, and positioning plate are made of steel strand.
