  First, when stretching bridge strands from a strand manufacturer, the return oil pipeline needs to be loosened to better prepare the pressure valve, and a corresponding pressure reducing valve needs to be made. When tightening the return oil pipe pressure reducing valve, the oil pumps at both ends must be interconnected and ensure a certain tension. During the tensioning process, the operator must firmly hold the oil valve. At the same time, use your eyes to check the pointer of the oil pressure gauge. When the oil inlet pointer rises slowly. During the tensioning process, the operators on both sides should communicate. Remove the jack and tighten the next strand.

  In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the grouting can reach a certain pressure. When the oil pump returns oil, loosen the pressure reducing valve of the oil inlet pipeline, and the corresponding pressure valve will appear. Be sure to tighten the pressure reducing valve on the return oil pipeline, remember to turn on the used power supply, so that the oil pressure valve can be better prepared.

  In addition, construction industry engineers are strictly prohibited from welding bridge strands. Due to the large number of weld points on the bridge strands, the weld points on the steel bars are far lower than the strength of the steel bars themselves, so that when the bridge strands are used, especially during tensioning, it will cause many weld points and broken wires in various places.

  Bridge strands from strand manufacturers are closely related to our lives. So, what should be paid attention to when using bridge strands?

  First, the hoisting of bridge strands from strand manufacturers should be hoisted one by one, neatly stacked, and with gaps left. Unbonded prestressing strands should be hoisted parallel to the three hemp rope buttonholes, and steel wire ropes should not be used for direct hoisting. The well-rolled prestressing strands should be lifted using a forklift or special hoisting equipment to prevent collapse and loosening of the package.

  During the use of bridge strands, any form of heating and deformation measures are strictly prohibited to avoid reducing the mechanical properties of the prestressing strands. Welding is strictly prohibited during use, because the strength of the weld points is far lower than that of the steel itself, and broken wires are easily caused at the weld points during tensioning. Please strictly verify the strength and diameter of the bridge strands. When the strands are rusted, they cannot be effectively tensioned and anchored. Before installing the anchor plate, please check whether there is any leakage of slurry in the prestressed ducts of the bonded prestressing tendons. If so, it should be eliminated.

  The twisting direction of bridge strands from strand manufacturers is generally left-handed, and right-handed twisting should be specified in the contract of the strand company, otherwise it will directly affect its connection with the anchor. The quality of the prestressed steel wire pier is not directly related to the quality of the wire itself, but excessive strength will be detrimental to the quality of the steel wire pier.

  Also, bridge strands should be stored in a dry warehouse. Sleepers should be placed on the ground for outdoor and on-site storage. Direct contact with wet ground is strictly prohibited, and tarpaulins or awnings should be laid on top, and the storage time should be shortened as much as possible. Rust-proof packaging should be used for special environment orders. Surface rust on strands will not affect their use, but visible rust will affect their mechanical properties.
