Tianjin Longheng Prestressed Steel Strand Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of prestressed concrete products, established according to modern enterprise system. Located in Jinghai Development Zone, Tianjin, the company covers an area of 26,000 square meters, with a building area of 12,000 square meters. The total investment is 280 million yuan, and the registered capital is 100 million yuan. It specializes in producing various specifications of prestressed concrete steel strands, prestressed steel wires, unbonded prestressed steel strands, etc., with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons.
The company has introduced advanced domestic production lines equipped with German Siemens PLC fully automatic control systems. It mainly produces 1×7 structure and 1×3 structure prestressed concrete steel strands; prestressed concrete steel wires; and various specifications of unbonded steel strands, etc. With supporting advanced testing equipment such as WE-100KN, WE-300KN, JEW-600KN tensile testing machines, CWJ-6 type motorized bending testing machines, and SL-300 electro-hydraulic servo relaxation testing machines, and complete and professional testing methods, the company ensures that product quality meets national and international standards such as GB/T5224-2014, ASTM416, and BS5896. Meanwhile, "Longheng" brand prestressed steel strands and steel wire series products have passed quality inspections and approvals from national authoritative institutions such as the National Inspection Center, the Ministry of Railways, and the Ministry of Metallurgy.
