Tianjin Longheng Prestressed Steel Strand Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of products for prestressed concrete, established in accordance with modern enterprise system. Located in Jinghai Development Zone, Tianjin, the company covers an area of 26,000 square meters, with a building area of 12,000 square meters. The total investment is 280 million yuan, and the registered capital is 100 million yuan. It specializes in producing various specifications of prestressed steel strands, prestressed steel wires, and unbonded prestressed steel strands for prestressed concrete. The annual production capacity is 120,000 tons. The company has introduced advanced domestic production lines equipped with German Siemens PLC fully automatic control systems. It mainly produces 1×7 structure and 1×3 structure prestressed steel strands for prestressed concrete; prestressed steel wires for prestressed concrete; and various specifications of unbonded steel strands.
